Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program: By enrolling in our affiliate marketing program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our discretion.
2. Commissions: Affiliates will receive a commission for every valid sale made through their referral link. The commission structure and payment terms will be specified separately and are subject to change at our discretion.
3. Payouts: Commissions will be paid out automatically through Paypal.
4. Referral Tracking: We will provide you with specific affiliate links and marketing materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your affiliate link is set up properly to track referrals. We are not responsible for any lost referrals due to incorrect implementation of affiliate links.
5. Compliance with Laws: As an affiliate, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-spam laws and consumer protection laws.
6. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. Prohibited activities also include but are not limited to cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or using misleading banners or links.
7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. If terminated, commissions earned up to the termination date will be eligible for payout unless fraudulent activity is suspected.
8. Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared with you regarding our products, services, or business operations must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the affiliate program after the modifications will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
